As people get older, maintaining health and staying fit is vital. Pilates is great for older adults because it is low impact exercise. Pilates increases strength, flexibility and balance. Hence it can help reduce the risk of falls. It also helps with other age related illnesses such as arthritis, osteoporosis, posture, Parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis.

Kids pilates

It is my signature class which is designed to target all parts of body in just one our. It is a high intense but low impact exercise program. The class covers cardio, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, core strength, balance and body composition. My method helps to build long lean muscles without bulking up. I offer free consultation and monthly follow ups. The class is for women only and I teach it exclusively in Al Areesh Health club based in Dubai.
