It is my signature class which is designed to target all parts of body in just one our. It is a high intense but low impact exercise program. The class covers cardio, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, core strength, balance and body composition. My method helps to build long lean muscles without bulking up. I offer free consultation and monthly follow ups. The class is for women only and I teach it exclusively in Al Areesh Health club based in Dubai.
